Synopsis
MIA PELLEGRINI is secretly a wildly popular fanfiction writer for the hottest romance on TV, Foreign Bodies, starring the very sexy, often stalked, Scottish actor, LOGAN GRAHAM.
Mia longs to escape her predictable and unfulfilling life as the wife of a small-town mayor and uses her fanfiction as a love letter to her soul's true desire, Logan.
Only one person knows she's the author and wants her to come to Scotland and reveal herself. But Mia can't possibly go with her husband's re-election campaign in full swing.
Mia's predictable life is turned upside down when she discovers her husband's cheating. Mia decides to live the life she's always dreamed of in Scotland.
Everything changes in a Highlands pub when Mia smashes into PRINCESS ALICE, who fled her arranged wedding to find the woman she loves.
The only person Alice can trust is her friend…Logan Graham.
Yes, that Logan. Mia's Logan.
Mia was able to hide behind fanfiction. How much longer can she hide now that the man who lived inside her head is right in front of her?
“Bodice Rippers” refers to those paperback books with the Fabio-type guy on the cover about to tear off a woman’s corset. In this series, our BODICE RIPPERS are the women who dare to break free from obligation to run towards desire.
